Bergson Leneus affectionately graduated from Rutgers Newark with a B. A. in Philosophy and a minor in business management.Â
For the past year Bergson has served as the property manager of Gaia Park View where he maintained very low vacancy and very high tenant retention rates among other things.Â
Recently Bergson was promoted to Gaia East Orange portfolio manager where he oversees 350+ units . Within his scope of responsibility are day to day operations, legal (landlord – tenant), leasing and marketing rents. |
