Colin analyzes potential acquisition opportunities from financial analysis and underwriting through the market research and due diligence processes.
In addition, he performs asset management duties for the growing Gaia portfolio such as refinance and disposition analysis as well as investor reporting.
Colin joined Gaia in 2011.
Prior to joining Gaia, Colin worked at KPMG, LLP as a Senior Associate in the Real Estate and Construction Audit practice.
Mr. Shinners earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University, a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in New York State. |
