Mr. Kusy analyzes potential investment opportunities from financial underwriting through to property due diligence, monitors and collects market data for macro analysis purposes, and participates in asset management and strategy meetings.
Previously, David worked as a Business Consultant for CyLine Partners and as a Fixed Income Portfolio Analyst for Loomis, Sayles & Company, a Boston-based institutional investment manager.
Mr. Kusy received a B.A. in Economics and Government from Connecticut College, a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, and is a CFA Charterholder. |
