  • CEO & CO-FOUNDER

    Danny has more than 25 years of extensive international experience in real estate investment, private equity and venture capital, investment banking and asset management. Danny co-founded GAIA in 2009. He previously founded and was Co-CEO of Tamir Fishman, an Investment bank and asset management company with billions in assets under management. He has held board positions with numerous government housing, development, and real estate investment companies and is the former co-head of the Israeli government’s privatization unit.

    Mr. Fishman earned a B.Sc. in Economics and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

 
 
  • CO-FOUNDER & BOARD MEMBER

    Ken has over 40 years of experience developing, owning, and managing billions of dollars of real estate assets throughout the United States - in both the private and public sectors. He previously served as CEO, and is currently the Chairman and Founder of Extra Space Storage Inc. (NYSE: EXR), the second largest self-storage REIT in the US. Ken is the current Chairman of American Homes for Rent (NYSE: AMH). He is also the former Chairman of Nevada West Development and its subsidiary WestCorp Management Group ("WestCorp"), which he founded.

    Mr. Woolley earned a B.A. in Physics from Brigham Young University, an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a Ph.D. from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Between 1978 and 1998, Mr. Woolley served as an Associate Professor of Business at Brigham Young University.
