Ms. Santiago has overall financial responsibility for a portfolio of properties.
She works closely with property managers and accountants to understand a property’s financial goals and needs.
Ms. Santiago prepares annual budgets, monthly financial reports and special analyses. She addresses a property’s needs such as cash flow, banking relationships, taxes, and residential/commercial leases.
She has a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems and at least 5 years experience in real estate financial accounting. A motivated individual and self-starter; able to juggle multiple priorities and work well under pressure. |
