Ms. Zhu underwrites potential acquisitions opportunities, including financial modeling, interacting with consultants and brokers, preparing investment memoranda and due diligence. In addition, she composes budgets and asset management reports for Gaia’s existing portfolio.
Prior to joining Gaia, Yingying worked for three years in the real estate industry in China, first as a rotational analyst in Jones Lang LaSalle, and then as an acquisitions analyst for Lehman Brothers’ China Real Estate Fund. Ms. Zhu earned a Bachelor of Engineering from Tsinghua University and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Cornell University. |
