DANNY FISHMAN
CO-FOUNDER & CEO
Danny has more than 25 years of extensive international experience in real estate investment, private equity, venture capital, investment banking and asset management. Danny co-founded GAIA in 2009. He previously founded and was Co-CEO of Tamir Fishman, an investment bank with billions of dollars in assets under management. He has held board positions with numerous government housing, development, and real estate investment companies and is the former co-head of the Israeli government’s privatization sector.
Danny earned a B.Sc. in Economics and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

KEN WOOLLEY
CO-FOUNDER & BOARD MEMBER
Ken has over 40 years of experience developing, owning, and managing billions of dollars of real estate assets throughout the United States - in both the private and public sectors. He previously served as CEO, and is currently the Chairman and Founder of Extra Space Storage Inc. (NYSE: EXR), the second largest self-storage REIT in the US. Ken is the former Chairman of American Homes for Rent (NYSE: AMH). He is also the former Chairman of Nevada West Development and its subsidiary WestCorp Management Group, which he founded.
Ken earned a B.A. in Physics from Brigham Young University, an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a Ph.D. from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Between 1978 and 1998, Ken served as an Associate Professor of Business at Brigham Young University.

YVONNE SUN
PARTNER & MANAGING DIRECTOR, ASSET MANAGEMENT
Yvonne is responsible for the asset management of GAIA's New York and New Jersey portfolio. Prior to joining GAIA, she worked for ten years in an asset management capacity on various property types. Yvonne started her career at Prologis as an Acquisitions and Asset Management Associate, and then worked for Tritec Real Estate, a regional developer. Yvonne was also Head of Asset Management at Cofinance, a European real estate company with a diverse value-add portfolio.
Yvonne holds a B.A. in Political Science from University of Toronto and a M.S. in Real Estate Development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

MATTHEW GELISH
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Matthew is the Chief Financial Officer at GAIA and oversees all accounting and financial operations for the firm. He brings two decades of experience leading financial operations in private equity and institutional financial services. Matthew began his career at Ernst & Young before joining J.P. Morgan, where, over the course of a decade, he gained direct real estate investment experience across all asset sectors, ultimately departing as an Executive Director. Thereafter, he held Chief Financial Officer roles at a private real estate investment platform and a national multifamily developer.
Matthew has led complex financial teams and implemented strategic initiatives that have enhanced operations and driven value creation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Accounting and Finance from Fordham University, where he also earned an Interdisciplinary Specialization in International Business.

PASCUAL KORCHMAR
MANAGING DIRECTOR, ACQUISITIONS & DEVELOPMENT
Pascual Korchmar is the Managing Director at GAIA, where he leads real estate development and acquisitions, overseeing projects from acquisition underwriting and site selection through entitlements, financing, construction, and execution. He brings over a decade of experience as a principal and developer across multifamily, mixed-use, and transit-oriented projects throughout Southeast Florida.
Pascual began his career in architecture before transitioning into real estate development, combining design expertise with institutional-grade financial analysis and deal structuring. His acquisition experience is rooted in identifying value-creation opportunities through disciplined site selection, entitlement strategy, design optimization, and the structuring of complex joint ventures and capital stacks.
Throughout his career, Pascual has worked closely with equity partners, lenders, municipalities, and operating partners to advance projects from acquisition through stabilization. He holds a professional degree in Architecture and a M.S in Real Estate Development, and brings a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach aligned with GAIA’s long-term investment philosophy.

SAMANTHA FIELDS
DIRECTOR, INVESTOR RELATIONS
Samantha Fields is a Director of Investor Relations at GAIA, where she is focused on advancing the firm’s capital raising and investor relations efforts. She brings extensive experience working with institutional investors globally, including public pensions, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, and investment consultants. Samantha’s background provides her with a broad, cross-strategy perspective on alternative investments and a strong track record of fostering long-term institutional relationships.
Prior to joining GAIA, she held senior roles at The Riverside Company, The Carlyle Group, Wellington Management, and Ares Management, supporting fundraising and limited partner engagement across private equity, private credit, venture capital, and structured finance. Samantha holds a B.S. in Finance with honors from Wake Forest University.
