• DANNY FISHMAN

    CO-FOUNDER & CEO

    Danny has more than 25 years of extensive international experience in real estate investment, private equity, venture capital, investment banking and asset management. Danny co-founded GAIA in 2009. He previously founded and was Co-CEO of Tamir Fishman, an investment bank with billions of dollars in assets under management. He has held board positions with numerous government housing, development, and real estate investment companies and is the former co-head of the Israeli government’s privatization sector.

    Danny earned a B.Sc. in Economics and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

  • KEN WOOLLEY

    CO-FOUNDER & BOARD MEMBER

    Ken has over 40 years of experience developing, owning, and managing billions of dollars of real estate assets throughout the United States - in both the private and public sectors. He previously served as CEO, and is currently the Chairman and Founder of Extra Space Storage Inc. (NYSE: EXR), the second largest self-storage REIT in the US. Ken is the former Chairman of American Homes for Rent (NYSE: AMH). He is also the former Chairman of Nevada West Development and its subsidiary WestCorp Management Group, which he founded.

    Ken earned a B.A. in Physics from Brigham Young University, an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a Ph.D. from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Between 1978 and 1998, Ken served as an Associate Professor of Business at Brigham Young University.

  • DAVID KUSY

    PARTNER & MANAGING DIRECTOR, ACQUISITIONS

    Dave is a Partner and Managing Director of Acquisitions at GAIA. Dave joined the company in 2009 and oversees the firm’s acquisition efforts by sourcing, evaluating, structuring and closing new investment opportunities for the firm. Additionally, Dave is responsible for the financing activities and dispositions of existing portfolio properties. He has overseen over $2.8 billion of acquisitions and $2.4 billion of asset sales on behalf of GAIA and its investors. Prior to Joining Gaia, Dave worked for CyLine Partners and Loomis, Sayles & Company.

    Dave holds a B.A. in Economics and Government from Connecticut College, a M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, and is a CFA charterholder.

  • YVONNE SUN

    PARTNER & MANAGING DIRECTOR, ASSET MANAGEMENT

    Yvonne is responsible for the asset management of GAIA's New York and New Jersey portfolio. Prior to joining GAIA, she worked for ten years in an asset management capacity on various property types. Yvonne started her career at Prologis as an Acquisitions and Asset Management Associate, and then worked for Tritec Real Estate, a regional developer. Yvonne was also Head of Asset Management at Cofinance, a European real estate company with a diverse value-add portfolio.

    Yvonne holds a B.A. in Political Science from University of Toronto and a M.S. in Real Estate Development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

  • LYNN QIN, CPA

    PARTNER & CFO

    Lynn oversees all accounting and financial operations for GAIA. Lynn joined GAIA in April 2015 as a junior accountant. Prior to GAIA, Lynn worked as an accountant for Beck Street Management, a property management and investment company in New York City.

    Lynn holds a B.A. in Accounting from Winthrop University, a M.S. in Finance from Purdue University, and is a Certified Public Accountant and is a CFA charterholder.

  • MOR REGENSBURGER

    VICE PRESIDENT, PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    Mor is responsible for overseeing construction within GAIA portfolio. Mor brings construction management experience along with project cost estimation expertise of mixed-use residential developments in NYC. Her role with GAIA involves the preparation and management of capital projects, financial analysis of project hard and soft cost, supervision of project execution, and collaboration with the project team and consultants.

    Mor holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and M.S. in Business Operations, Management and Entrepreneurship from Brown University.

  • TAYLOR PIERCE

    VICE PRESIDENT, ACQUISITIONS & CAPITAL PROJECTS

    Taylor is responsible for assisting in the firm's acquisitions efforts by sourcing, underwriting, and closing new investment opportunities. Additionally, Taylor oversees capital projects and redevelopment for GAIA’s multifamily assets. Prior to GAIA, Taylor worked as a Development Associate for Hanover Company, a national, luxury multi-family developer, and as an Investment Analyst for Vanbarton Group, a NYC-based real estate private equity firm focused on value-add multifamily and office assets in core US markets.

    Taylor graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and Mathematics from University of Kentucky and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
